Already sleeping well but something shifted? Your little one was sleeping beautifully- until they weren't. Good sleepers have bad stretches too. Sleep regressions happen to the best of them.

Sometimes all it takes is one focused conversation to get back on track. The 45-minute Troubleshooting Call is designed for children who have a solid sleep foundation but are experiencing a setback. I will assess what is happening and give you clear direction to get back to restful nights.

A Quick Word about

 Newborn sleep Training

Newborn sleep (0-16 weeks) can be confusing for parents, especially first-time parents.

Sleep training is not recommended prior to 16 weeks from estimated due date, as babies are not yet biologically ready. The 4-Month Sleep Regression is a permanent and biological change in sleep architecture, and it marks the earliest point baby is ready to learn independent skill sleep.

While sleep training is not recommended for newborns, the most important thing is that baby is getting as much love and sleep as possible. If that requires rocking, holding, or feeding to sleep — that is perfectly okay. Safe sleep practices, responding to baby's needs, and ensuring baby is not overtired are what matter most.

Around 12 weeks from estimated due date, you can begin introducing independent sleep habits by placing baby down awake or drowsy.
