Before working with Jenna, I truly can’t even tell you the last time Kendall (5) slept through the night. It’s been a LONG time. Our breaking point was when she started throwing hour long tantrums at bedtime every. single. night. She would then continue to get up and wake me up anywhere from 2-4 times a night. Again, this is every. single. night. As you can imagine, we were burnt out. And trust me, we tried EVERYTHING. 

We started our new sleep plan and the first week I was… skeptical but invested. I wasn’t confident that we could get through to my stubborn child, but willing to go all in. 2 weeks came and went and we made some slow progress but she was still getting up 1-2 times a night. On the bright side, bedtime was now a breeze. 

Saturday (after 4.5 weeks of consistency) she slept all night. I truly could not believe it. She was so proud of herself. I thought maybe it was a fluke but making progress. Sunday night, she did it again!!! 

All that to say, if your kids are having sleep troubles, go to Jenna. She is the best hype girl, so knowledgeable and supportive, and always knows the right things to say, even when I’m texting her in tears at 3am - Marissa 

Jenna was amazing to work with! My daughter went from one wake up a night to three wake ups a night, always needing to be fed. Her naps were short; 45 minutes, and I felt like we were in a constant over tired state. Even with trying to lay her down awake and do a routine, nothing seemed to click. With the help from Jenna, my girl started taking long naps on day 1, falls asleep 100% independently, and even puts herself back to sleep! Jenna was so easy to work with. Calmed my nerves, listened to me rant, and got my baby sleeping. We came to Jenna with a six month old who could only contact nap, would wake up 8-12 times a night, needed to be rocked to sleep (sometimes this would take hours), would wake up early between 4-5am, and fought going to sleep. We tried everything from co-sleeping in a recliner to taking shifts overnight so at least one of us would get sleep. This not only left us exhausted, but our sweet boy as well. After just a few days of working with Jenna, our boy was falling asleep independently for naps and bedtime, taking restorative naps, sleeping through the night (besides his designated 1-2 feedings), has a schedule that works for him, and is overall a "happier, growing boy!! I heard about Jenna through our midwife and I am so glad she was recommended to us! Our 2 year old son has always struggled with sleep and we’ve done everything under the sun to help him. CST, continual chiropractic care, a set bedtime routine, calming essential oils and natural remedies to help with better sleep. You name it, we’ve done it. I have no problem with co-sleeping, but even that didn’t help him. His little body just could not get into that deep sleep and we’d been struggling with what else to do. Jenna helped us get the timing right with his bedtime and gave us helpful tools for those middle of the night wake ups. He used to wake 5-10+ times a night and now he maybe wakes 1-2 times and either settles on his own within a minute or I do one check in. I so appreciate Jenna’s support in getting us to this point. I had zero hope that our youngest would ever sleep more than an hour on her own at night, let alone in her CRIB. 

It was months on end of 30-40 minute tender crib transfers, only for her to wake within the hour and I would inevitably just slump downstairs to creep into our bed and co-sleep with her.

I watched a movie on the couch with my older daughter that night. I didn’t have the anxious anticipation that Norah would wake, I just my time with her. It was bliss.

Our bedtime routine is buttoned up, simple, sweet and I can lay her in her crib with only a slight moment of protest.

Today she finally caved for her FIRST ever crib nap…
